Here are the steps to becoming a Franchise Owner.
Our Franchise Leadership Team will guide you through the process from initial investment to your grand opening. Then, we will continue to provide expert advice and support to you on a regular basis.

Introduction / Exploration
Discussions with Franchise Development Team and review of the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).

Application
Complete the application and review the FDD.

Focus Day
Visit the Support Center in Lancaster or Atlanta. Meet the Brand Team and learn in detail about FOCUS Brands® support.

Franchise Agreement
After a visit to the support center and approval of the application, FOCUS Development Team will send the Franchise Agreement for review and execution.

Site Selection & Construction
With help from the FOCUS Real Estate Team, you will secure the final deal terms, LOI or lease for an approved location.

Training
Visit Lancaster or Atlanta for operations and leadership training. The Training Team will also visit your bakery leading up to the opening date.

Open Your Store!
Coordinate grand opening event, employee training, and location outreach.
